New or used?
Containers have confidently taken their place in the transportation market. According to statistics about 95% of all loads are transported in containers. The reason is their high durability, perfect capaciousness and the convenience of transportation. That's why big consumers of goods that require long-distance transportations sooner or later think about buying their own containers.
Going to buy a container the buyer faces the question what to choose: new, attractive and expensive model painted with a new dye that is just dried or old and battered container with its obliterated dye and possibly some dents on its sides. But such old-timers draw a buyer's attention with the same force or even more than newcomers. And there is a reasonable explanation to this fact.
In comparison with the new containers that just come from the factory old ones though not so outwardly attractive but they have their own advantages. Firstly, it can sound strange but the durability of such containers is sometimes even higher than it is for new models. Old containers were in use for a long time and they are checked by the time. If they've ever had some defects previous owners repaired them to attain their most effective use. Among new models the range of defected items is higher because they haven't yet passed their time test.
Secondly, the main advantage of used containers is their price which is usually about two times less than of new ones.
